More Snakes...in Langkawi!

I could actually set up a snake sanctuary in Langkawi!

I love all these snakes which belongs to my adopted father, Pak Sani (the Snake Man).

He has thought me a lot on how to handle wild snakes!

I must say that it's not easy when you first encounter with a wild snake!

Reading the snake's body language is not easy! :)

I can't wait to hunt for more snakes in the jungle!

My New Pet...BATIK

Today, I've adopted a new pet.

It's a 'Reticulated Python'.

Since it's so hard to remember it's scientific name,

I just call it 'BATIK' coz it looks like a batik design. :D

So many incidents happened this afternoon.

I fell in love with 'Batik'.

It is so tame & innocent.

My friends say that I'm crazy...that snakes are dangerous & deadly.

I believe that if you love it (the snake), it won't harm you.

Now, next step is to buy a medium size aquarium for my 'Batik'.

I wonder if Joe approve me keeping 'Batik' at home...Hm....

Unpaid Leaves

Yesterday was the first day of my unpaid leaves.

It was only a day & I'm missing my job at the conty studio!

Life is so empty without MUSIC!

I tried to write a new song today but I went blank all of a sudden!

Guess that I really miss my JOB.

3 months is such a long time...

I don't wanna take my working time to do my personal stuff...

That's why I give myself 3 months to settle everything...

Packing, moving, smoking shesha, traveling & resting! :D

I wonder...what's gonna happen to me during that 3 months leaves?

Most probably I'll go traveling with my 'Joe', my family & friends.

Destination? Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Australia & Brunei! :D

Last Day at Sabah V fm Office

It's kinda late to post this up but it's better now than never! :) My last day at Sabah V fm office was on 26th May 2009 (Tuesday). It's so hard to say goodbye to my friends & colleagues here. At last! I managed to make a decision!

I've decided to move forward & leave the people I love...my family members, friends, pets & futsal & other activities. I missed playing futsal! I can't wait to be back to the futsal arena!

There was nothing special on my last day at RTM Kota Kinabalu...except that I've received few bouquets of roses & flowers. Thank you so much for the flowers & for supporting me since I first joined Sabah V fm in 2005.

* Here's a secret to share...There was supposed to be a farewell party for me but I've rejected the invitation...Reason : I will surely CRY and CRY till I get sick! I love everyone at RTM Kota Kinabalu! Even the 1 person who likes to find troubles with me. I've forgiven that person. I hope that she will change and STOP being jealous at people who have talents in the broadcasting line. Give chance to others to show their skills!

Counting down the Big Day!

How time flies...It has been 10 years of our relationship & finally the time has come for me to be Mrs Joe Sommer! I'm so excited & I can't wait to start a family with Joe!

This is how it started :

Joe : "Sweetheart, would you be there for me when I'm in

sad moment & in troubles?"

Selina : "Of course my love!You're my soulmate...remember?"

Joe : "Let's end this misery & be my wife!"

Selina : "Now, will you promise never to leave me till the end of our lives?"

Joe : "Yes, I promise with the name of Allah SWT. Marry me Norlina Datuk Haji Light @ DJ Selina!!!"

Well, I don't have to tell you the rest of the details. We ended up having a romantic dinner at the seaside...wind blowing...relaxed mind & enjoying the delicious food. Joe & I will never forget Langkawi Island!!!

Various Hair Styles

Let's talk about hair styles & hair colours!
I've always love to change my hair styles every now & then.
Maybe it's just a hobby or maybe I just can't look at the same hair style for a long time.
Thank God my hair can stand the chemicals from the hair colours.
Most friends that I met told me about their bad experiences with hair colours.
I pity them but that doesn't stop me from colouring my hair!

Here are some tips that I practiced to keep my hair healthy & trendy!
(1) Use only good hair colours from trusted brands.
(2) Always steam your hair at least once a week.
(3) Apply vitamins onto your scalps & avoid using too much hair sprays.
(4) Wash your hair everytime you use hair sprays or chemicals.
(5) Talk to your hair! (This may sound crazy but your hair has feeling!)

My Last Birthday in Malaysia...

As of 0000 hours on 20th April 2009, I'm a year older & a year wiser. I would just like to thank all of my friends who attended my last birthday parties in Malaysia. Yup! I'm migrating to a more challenging country & I'm gonna have a new life with my other half. I wanna have new challenges in life. I wanna meet new people. Explore the world & enjoy life to the fullest!

Honestly, I had a great time celebrating my birthday parties. Thank you for making it a memorable & superb parties for me. 7 days & nights non-stop! Singing & dancing...drinking only orange juice & coke! :D

I'm gonna miss you all! Do keep in touch & treasure our friendships.
